Subject: Systems in times of stress

I'm cross posting to the everydaysystems and nosdiet
groups because this really applies to all systems but
I don't want to drive people who've subscribed to all
the groups crazy with quadruplicate posts.

Our little girl arrived a bit early last Thursday, at
just 32 weeks. She's a shrimp (2 pounds, 15 ounces)
but she seems healthy and normal, and we're very
happy. The week leading up to her birth was very
stressful, and she'll have to spend the next month or
two in the hospital. Diet and exercise are pretty low
on my list of priorities right now, but I'm hoping
that the habits I've built over the last 2-3 years
will largely run themselves, and the fact that they're
temporally unobtrusive will mean that I won't be
tempted to view them as trade offs vs. my wife and
daughter (because that would -- and should -- be no
contest). So far I've done not perfectly, but pretty
well. I'll post individual system details to the
individual system groups.

Thank you all for being here,

Reinhard
