Hi Julie and everyone :) well my first N day went ok until close to bedtim= e when my husband decided to have a snack lol. So I had a little snack. B= ut I did skip my usual Pepsi in the evening which is a huge step for me. I= am trying to eat slighty larger meals so that I don't feel so hungry.
