Deb,
I am kinda new! LOL! I was on the list before under a different e-mail
(avonmommy@...). I have been on the list on and off for a year or
so - posted some but was no-mail a lot of the time. I am really glad to
be back and posting, though. I love, love, love No S! I have turned so
many of my friends on to it, too. I wish my m.i.l. would try it - she
pays buku bucks to a dieting center and the plan they give her...they
are starving her! All of this money and 6 years (!!!) and she hasn't
lost a pound.....maybe lost and regained the same 10 pounds over and
over again. I KNOW she is going through the deprivation/binge cycle -
haven't we all!? Maybe I'll send her the link again....LOL!
