Dear new Maheesh,
When you said liters of water, then I knew you were not originally from
Texas. Your weather must be milder than here in SE Michigan.
I will be so happy to go on walks again. The nice thing about NoS is that 
if
you goof up, just start again, and all your efforts are not ruined for 
days
like on Adkins, or some of the stricter plans. Welcome to the group.
