Well, I wanted to say HI and introduce myself as well. Like Mahesh I also started this "diet" last week on Wednesday. For me portion size and snacks are my downfall. :o) I did have a splurge day Saturday, as I went to a birthday party (had a Dr Pepper) and then went out to eat with my husband (huge portions). So today is another day and I hope to stay on track. I do find I have the hungry feeling between meals, but to me that is a reminder that this is going to work for my ultimate goal. I'd like to lose 10 lbs and then ultimately 20lbs. Exercise is also hard for me, in finding the time. I do go to the YMCA, but my 1 daughter is going threw a separation anxiety phase, so I hate to put her in the nursery when she cries so much. At least the weather is starting to come around and I can at least go outside and play with my kids if nothing else. I do have a few ?'s but I"ll hold off for a few more days before I ask.
