Hi Allan, Welcome back. Sorry for the delay... I'm still drowning in one mailbox. Good idea to get a dedicated one. I'm reminded of how much I like being on nos when people moan to me (usually around the holidays or after some big celebratory meal) "I have to go on a diet." I know better, but I'm always a little surprised. Here I am innocently enjoying some festive meal and my neighbors tell me they can't. They're always bouncing around from one thing to another and back. I stick with one and find it so unobtrusive at this point that I barely remember I'm on it. If it weren't for this group, I'd hardly ever think about nos. It's become that ingrained and natural. So stick with it this time, so you can really forget about it.
