Be careful. Unless you've got the existing three esses
down pat, I wouldn't extend the scope of the conflict.
Before you know it, you'll have a self-help vietnam.
Keep your goals limited. Don't overextend yourself.
I've got hundreds of things about myself I'd like to
improve, but I know I can't do it all at once.

not putting on more pounds -- of muscle.
