You know, alot of people write it off as alot of hoooey, but meditation 

really can help. The main thing is most people don't know how to do it 

properly. And how can you eat if you're meditating? It really helped 
me back when I was younger and had the "young kid stress." The stuff 

that you laugh at now when you see kids stressing out over. I've not 
kept it up regularly, but now and then, when I just need a cool down, 
it's the greatest thing. If you/the group wants, I can do a somewhat 
run down of more proper ways to do it, and some of the things that help 

me when I am doing it. Right now, I have company entering my door, or I 

would do it. Perhaps later tonight after they leave.
