Hello all,

In the last three weeks, I've had some success losing weight (5lbs)
and my energy level is increasing. We're so accustomed to expect
immediate results that I thought I should mention that the diet is
moving along slowly but surely. The slow pace can even add to stress
levels if we think we are not performing well in this area of life
too. I used to get so upset about not losing weight that it hindered
the attitude necessary to make the change to a humane diet. Now, my
hopes are not in some magical or scientific trick that guarantees
weightloss in 30 days or your money back, but in the idea that slow
and steady progress in all areas of life are entwined. Does this make
sense?

Jason
