I am diabetic and follow the correct diet for me, which is effectively
the
Nos diet. Because I have other metabolic problems and take loads of
medication, I have had difficulty losing weight.I weigh myself at home
on
electronic scales and enter the numbers in an Excel spreadsheet. The slow
downward trend shows on the scattergraph. I have been very unwell and now
am
working one hour a day. It will build to 3 full days a week. I am a teacher
and go to exercise classes 3 times a week. One is Pilates, which is a great
strength builder and the others are gym sessions. My shape is improving
too.

tops. It does not have a diet plan like weight watchers or Jenny Craig.
It
is just a support group. Sometimes I dont get to go because of my school
and my work schedule. I work full time and go to school part time. That
also makes it hard for me to eat the way I should and get the exercise
I
need. I am a manager for fast food also so that sometimes is hard. This
group has been a very good support system for me exspecially when I dont
get
to go to tops. Thank you.
