Hi All, I've seen a couple of posts talking about how people have put on the 2lbs they lost over the week back on over the weekend. I don't know about any one else but I know that my weight can fluctuate by a couple of kilos (call it 5lbs) just over the course of one day. While not as elegant or as non-intrusive as the noSdiet, The Hacker's Diet has a really good excel spreadsheet that can be used to track your weight loss and help you figure out if that surprising number on your scale is part of a trend or just a fluke.
