Hi, I thought soda would be hard to give up for me too. I'm a manager in a fast food restaurant and so it is free by the gallon. I do crave coke sometimes especially when I'm having a stressful day. But I am doing ok with giving it up too. I drink a lot of water also. I try to get a 32 ounce glass ready when I get to work. I read somewhere where you are suppose to drink and ounce of water for every two pounds you weigh. The grab and run thing is hard for me too. I have to eat something when I get up in the morning to take pills. But since I'm up at three in the morning I'm not really ready to eat breakfast. So I usually eat a banana and have my breakfast after I get the store open. Then I don't really get time to sit and eat lunch before I'm off of work which is usually about one in the afternoon and most days I have to run off to classes. But I am working on it. It takes some planning. I also try to walk two miles a day to a video and she uses weights to to help the upper body. I don't always do these things but I'm struggling at it and feel better so I'm not giving up. I love reading your emails they are support for me.
