Hi Daycare4mom, Justin and I posted some really alienating weekly food journals a few weeks ago. Not sure they'll be particularly inspiring, but something to get you started at least: http://nosdiet.com/group/24 http://nosdiet.com/group/25 (if anyone else wants to post one of these, don't feel obliged to post a whole week's worth) The nice thing about this diet is that it doesn't really require a whole lot of planning. You don't need a manual telling you which exact foods are permissible and which should be avoided. As for meals, you can probably eat whatever you're currently eating for lunch and dinner (minus seconds and dessert), and for breakfast just beware the pop tart and the cocoa puff. Don't skip meals and make sure to give yourself enough to carry you through, and then the no snacks part wont seem like such a burden. I'd recommend that you start out very generous with firsts, particularly since you'll be around such temptation (daycare, right?). Once you've made it a few weeks without violating any of the literal rules, then you can start scaling the portions down a bit. The most important part is your mind. Once you get that lean and tough, the body will follow. Good luck! And let us know how you fare.
