The workout portion definitely exists, though of
course I wouldn't reccomend eating what a toddler
eats. No matter how fast a toddler is growing or how
much they move, their calorie burn is nothing compared
to what an adult burns in a day.

For all of you who are waiting to get started on your
diet, what are you waiting for? Do you really want to
waste another day being fat and out of shape? What are
you getting out of being fat?
