Hi all... :)
I have been sneaking in extra exercise for the past few days in
hopes of achieving my ideal healthy self...
Originally this indoor mt. climbing came from our Ray Paige on the
EDS group, but I think everyone here will appreciate it's everyday
benefits... As you know, I do the SG approx 4 to 5 days a week... I
say 4 because sometimes my arms just hurt and or I get a little
lazy...
I am taking on Ray's idea as a new every day exercise.. It's stair
climbing... Not on a fake stair made of plastic that's 5 inches
high..REAL STAIRS folks....
How many of us get winded carrying around all this weight, or for
whatever reason... the antedote... take the stairs whenever possible.
Theres absolutely no excuse (unless you live in a Ranch home and
there's no stairs LOL) Now mind you, I don't run up them or
anything, but I keep moving continually... I am making 10 flights a
day be my default exercise... adjust this as you feel necessary..
This morning I put my kettle on to boil and while I was waiting for
it, I did my indoor Mt Climbing... The time it took to boil the
water was just enough time to get in my 10 flights...
Hope this idea inspires some of you to "find" the time (Wow like

Time is a concept, how can it be found??? LOL)
to do some good for the ol' ticker and your new successful you!
Love,
Deb
