I found out about this way of eating from another website. I am very 
impressed with the NOSDiet. When I first read the name of it I 
thought, "Hmmmm, does that stand for 'no sh!t'?" I have a dirty 
mind.

I have been reading the posts and everyone seems very nice. I love 
Reinhard's before/after photos! Very inspirational. I don't know if 
I own a sledgehammer though. I may have to stick with walking for a 
while. I would like to have a nice washboard stomach though!

Anyway, I'm very excited about this. You guys are great!
