Hello Bonnie; > Wow did I fall off yesterday . . . I normally never do dessert, but gave in to peer pressure. As I wrote once before, one thing I like about nos is nobody needs to know you are on a diet. If you're under peer review, just take some dessert, don't go for big slices or seconds. They'll never know. A lady brought brownies to school the other day and happily gave me one. I ate it. So what. Why rob her of the boundless joy of giving me a brownie? How cruel and selfish. I could have eaten the whole bag, but didn't. Saying I'm on a diet makes me look fat. So no, you didn't fall off. The road goes up and down. Just stay on the road. >Well I will say yesterday was my S day and be god today instead! My two cents is, even being god or good :-) on an S day to make up for a slip (which I don't think is a slip) is a form of self revenge. IMO that's not good in any form - it's unproductive somewhere down the line. If you feel the need for strictness, work on the fence thing. Good luck, Tom |
