I have been following a No-s diet for weeks wihtout knowing about this group.I have serious health isasues (Diabetes, hypertension and a stroke last July!)I really need to lose weight and have a strict diet, which is not much of a hardship as I have a poor appetite, I didn't in the past. the weight is scacely moving, less than a pound a week. I also go the gym and train with a health specialist instructor and do Pilates each week. My diabetes care nurse thinks I might be building muscle and replacing fat.My clothes are definitely looser, but the numbers on the scales are disappointing.Does anyone have any helpful ideas? could my medication be having unwanted effects? I am on anti hypertensives, statins and antidiabetic drugs. Hanadr47 |
